Lino von der Bey, born in 1996 and raised in Ratingen, now lives and works in Düsseldorf.
He developed his enthusiasm for art and painting as a young boy. At the age of around twelve, he impressed those around him with his first nude painting. Through his commitment during his school years, he contributed to the fact that an advanced art course was offered for the first time in 50 years and has been established ever since.

After graduating, he made numerous visits to museums, galleries and exhibitions - always with his sketchbook.
Lino has already circumnavigated the globe twice and visited numerous countries, where he fell in love with photography and filming. During this time, he developed a great understanding of the targeted use of light and the effects of light and shadow. This formed the basis for his professional work. Today he works entirely in a creative environment.

His works offer a special scope for interpretation! The restrained, yet loud effect of his works captivates the viewer and literally draws him in.
